Open Day at Yeadon Sailing Club, Sat May 17th

On Saturday 17th May, Yeadon Sailing Club opens its doors to the public to give you a chance to have a go at sailing.

If you fancy joining our sailing club, whether you are complete novice, an experienced sailor, a parent wishing to get the family into this exciting sport or just want to get involved in a busy club. Well why not give our open day a go. It is free we will be going through what the club is all about and giving you an opportunity to sail in one of our many club boats so please bring suitable clothing and a spare set just in case. We will fit you out with a buoyancy aid. There will be free refreshments tea & coffee etc. It all starts at 10am and continues until 2ish depending on numbers but do feel free to turn up when you can.

If you are already a member and know anyone who may be interested then please spread the word. Any members who would like to help out on the day that would be greatly appreciated.

More information on what to wear and bring can be found here

If you can't make the 17th then don't worry, we run Come and Try sessions every Tuesday evening until August. Click here to book

If you are bringing children along to the open day then we ask that they are aged 8 and over, can follow instructions and fit into our buoyancy aids.

See you there.
