It was lovely to see an enthusiastic and intrepid group of YSC sailors welcome in the New Year on a blustery tarn to race for the Commodores bottle! It certainly blew away any 2016 blues and set a high standard for the 2017's season. The new Commodore roared home and in true tradition Andrew shared out the bottle between the friends and members who had gathered to support the racers and organise the fuddle. We all raised a toast to the New Year.
Big thanks to Tony and to John S for OODing. Looking forward to the Tarns Yarns on January Tuesday 10th and the Laying up Supper on January 28th.
