A briefing will be held at 11am with 3 races following at 11.30am, 1.45pm and 3pm after which there will be a prize giving with awards to overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd, first Yeadon Heron home, youngest participant and various others awards. As we hold our Heron Open jointly with Yeadon’s Mirror Fleet, there will of course be prizes awarded to the winners of this Class also. There will be a break for lunch after the first race with prize giving taking place about 4.45pm.Entry is £10 per boat and a light lunch will be available at a small charge of £4.50, with tea and cakes served in the afternoon.
Club Herons are available to borrow for those Yeadon members wishing to take part. If you would like to check that there is a boat available for use in the Open, please contact Tricia Atkinson at info@yeadonsailingclub.co.uk or turn up on the day ready to rig any Club Herons which might be remaining.
